01.01 How do I create an account?

Register with your email and password. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your inbox — enter it on the Account page to verify before checkout.

01.02 Why must my email be verified?

Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and seed desk replies reach you. Resend the OTP anytime from Account if it expired.

01.03 Where is my order history?

Sign in and open My orders to view past seed purchases, totals, and dispatch updates synced to your account.

Orders & tracking

Track chilled dispatch, raise tickets, and manage cancellations.

02.01 How do I track a seed order?

Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are sent after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.

02.02 Can I cancel or request a refund?

Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. Our seed desk responds during working hours.

02.03 When will I receive confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. UPI prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for moisture-safe packing once confirmed.

Sowing gradeness, moisture-safe packing, and quality claims for every crate.

03.01 How are seeds packed for shipping?

Seed packs are sealed in moisture-safe foil to protect viability in transit. Opened packs should be resealed and stored cool and dry.

03.02 What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Refund policy for eligibility and claim steps.

03.03 How should I store seeds after delivery?

Refrigerate leafy greens promptly, keep root seeds in a cool dry place, and rinse seeds just before use. See our seeds guide tips on the shop page.

Payment & shipping

UPI, COD, prepaid shipping, and delivery coverage across India.

04.01 Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes. COD may include a ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout.

04.02 Do prepaid orders get free shipping?

Yes — UPI prepaid seed orders include free standard shipping on orders over ₹200. You are redirected to the payment gateway after placing the order.

04.03 Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we deliver nationwide subject to courier serviceability. Review the Shipping policy for zones and handling details.
