Delivery & Moisture-Safe Handling

1. Dispatch process

Orders are picked, graded and packed within one business day where stock permits. Seeds and tender seeds receive extra padding; root seeds ship in breathable crates.

2. Delivery timelines

Metro areas typically receive orders within 2–4 business days; other serviceable pin codes within 4–7 business days. Timelines may extend during holidays, weather events or courier disruptions.

3. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders above ₹200 qualify for free shipping. Cash on Delivery orders may incur a handling fee shown at checkout. Remote or non-serviceable areas may be declined or charged additionally.

4. Receipt of delivery

Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report visible damage to the courier agent where possible and notify us immediately through Track & Support.
