2. Products we sell

We offer sowing seeds including vegetable seeds, flower seeds, forage seeds, fruit seeds, herb seeds, spice seeds, and specialty sowing packs. Product listings describe pack weights, bunch sizes or crate formats. Natural variation in size, colour and ripeness is normal for farm seeds and does not constitute a defect.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Provide accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number for courier coordination.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access.
• Use purchased seeds for lawful personal or household consumption.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable charges are displayed at checkout as required by law. We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown before confirmation.

5. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed after successful payment (prepaid) or COD confirmation. We may decline orders affected by stock shortages, perishability limits, courier restrictions, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, with a full refund where payment was captured.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
