Order Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 23 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests accepted before your order enters the packing queue receive a full refund for prepaid orders. Submit requests through Track & Support with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once seeds leave our facility, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse COD delivery, but prepaid orders follow our Quality & Returns Policy for eligible claims.

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
